For almost 60 years, the Yeshiva of Greater Washington Tiferes Gedaliah has been rooting each student in Torah, planting a passion for learning, and preparing them for life. Growing from an initial class of six, YGW encompasses a Boys Division, Girls Division, Yeshiva Gedolah, Kollel, and open community Beis Medrash, on two campuses in the Greater Washington area.
Our graduates take on leadership roles as rabbonim, rabbeim, moros, teachers, professionals, and lay leaders of communal organizations in communities around the world. Tonight we celebrate our honorees as they give back to their communities, and join together to raise much needed funds in these difficult times to ensure that the mesorah of YGW will be available to our students today and tomorrow.
