Simchas Elisheva is a fund for kallahs, l’ilui nishmas a very special kallah, Elisheva Kaplan, a’’h and her equally special choson, Yisroel Levin, a’’h. Elisheva and Yisroel were killed by two speeding, impaired drivers on Chol Hamoed Pesach 5778, just ten days after their l’chaim.

In life, Elisheva and Yisroel were overflowing with simcha and always went the extra mile to lift a person’s spirt, offer a compliment, or say a good word. They would go out of their way to make every person feel loved and appreciated. Elisheva and Yisroel had a keen eye, but they chose to see everyone with an ayin tov.

The goal of Simchas Elisheva is to make kallahs feel special by giving them the help they need to ease the financial stress of their personal wedding purchases. Just as Elisheva uplifted the spirit of all who knew her, we hope that by providing a financial cushion, we will uplift a kallah’s spirit at a time that should be filled with simcha.

100% of all donations go directly to benefit the kallahs.
Simchas Elisheva’s mission was the idea of Elisheva’s friends, and is approved by the Kaplan family.
