At JGO, we’re building the Jewish future by investing in the next generation of leaders - today’s graduate students on over 155 campuses across the country. Our programs go beyond events and lectures. We empower our student leaders to build their own communities on campus, and they’re leading, connecting, and building communities that now engage 11,000 students over the course of the year. We believe leadership isn’t a title – it’s how you show up in the world. That’s why we’re here: to equip students with the networks, mentorship, and Jewish pride to shape their campuses, their industries, and the broader community with confidence and purpose.

What does JGO look like in action? • Students leading on campus – they are running their own Jewish grad clubs on 155+ campuses nationwide.
• Advocacy - We support and protect our students who experience antisemitism on campus with legal referrals, diplomatic efforts with campus administrations, mental health resources, and media/legislative guidance.
• Meaningful mentorship – direct access to accomplished Jewish professionals who’ve been where they are and can show them the way forward.
• Deep Jewish connection – from weekly Shabbat dinners to executive panels to global retreats, students find a home where they belong and a community that has their back.
