One of the many tragedies of Covid-19 was that many bochurim who had been learning in Eretz Yisrael were plucked from their life source and left alone to fend for themselves in Chutz La’aretz. After Shavuos, Rabbi Bienstock together with 5 dedicated Rebbeim from Yeshivas Chosein Yehoshua uprooted themselves and together with their talmidim created a home away from home.
Now after six weeks Rebbe has to go back home. But he won't go back if his talmidim can't come back with him. The only way to bring everyone back to Eretz Yisrael while keeping everyone safe and healthy is to create an insular campus where the Talmidim will be able to thrive and grow. But time is of the essence in order to develop a viable plan to meet the necessary requirements in order to successfully return.
