Those times - as anyone whose life is blessed with a special child knows - can get very challenging very quickly.
We step in when these children and their families need a hand most, at no cost. We create a scenario where families can get a much-needed break, and the special child gets the connection, enrichment, and love they so crave.
This is our fairytale new chapter.

Hi LA!! How aw ya?? I’m back! The yearly clubhouse fundraiser is here!! It’s Round two from me 😉. If you don’t already know, the clubhouse of Los Angeles is for special needs individuals, to sum up everything. The Clubhouse Center for Inclusion and Respite provides children and adults of all ages with year-round programs to socialize while developing meaningful engagement in an environment that celebrates and meets their special, unique, and diverse needs and abilities. Volunteers engaged with The Clubhouse are a critical part of our program’s inclusion in a culturally sensitive community. The Clubhouse strives to support our participants’ parents and siblings, offering respite and support in navigating their extraordinary care within extraordinary circumstances.
Since March of 2023 of last year, I have been taken on a glorious ride that some only dream of, honestly!! Each and everyone that works at the clubhouse, is truly and remarkably incredible!!! From Sori Eisen founding this incredible organization, to Rabbi Sufrin at the helm to Mrs. Tyner to Sarah Bracha to Hindy to Aliza to Chava, to everyone else who makes the clubhouse what it is today and keeps it running so smoothly!!! To all our participants & parents of participants!!! It would not be the clubhouse without you!!! 💖 First of all, I must say THANK YOU!!!! Because we would not be here without you…
I really came here today because although I am only one person, I hope I can do my part to make a difference in certain peoples lives. Yes, there is so much war and strife going on in the world right now, but I came across a nice quote that said “You can’t wait until life isn’t hard anymore before you decide to be happy.” That really hit me. So many times we get so caught up in the darkness, we forget to see the glimmers of light that emerge throughout the darkness and are always there!!! We just need to hunt a bit harder. We need to keep going though, but we can only persevere as a team because alone we cannot do anything in life. But when we come together like the clubhouse does and has in the past, so much greatness happens!!!
So, I come here today to ask you for your help to continue making a difference in these kids lives. You CAN make a difference!! Even a $1 no amount is too small! Your donation will be matched!!! We are having a Rayze.it fundraiser on February 18th and 19th. That means you are ONLY able to donate to the page on these 2 days! I will be sending my page around then but this is just a heads up.. I’m going to need all of you so we can make more dreams a reality!! So many of us take so much for granted daily yet these kids are not like us- they need more help and resources that the clubhouse can provide! More therapies, more friends, more inclusion more plans for the future that are not easily accessible if the clubhouse did not exist. Ok my speech is now over haha you’re probably saying thank goodness. 😂 it’s my birthday it actually is on February 16th so this is a birthday request from me as well, please help me to give back an inkling of what I got from the clubhouse!!! Thank you!!!!! 🙏🙏🙏
