Chinese Auction Rules
1. Split-the-pot, and Jackpot are sold separately and are not included in the discount packages.
2. Prize claim information - All prizes must be picked up by May 24th, 2024, at Yeshiva Elementary School. Yeshiva Elementary School is not responsible for unclaimed items after 4pm on May 24th, 2024.
3. All sales are final. Please read carefully any specification, limitations and/or time restrictions. There can be no exchanges or refunds from donors or from Y.E.S.
4. The auction committee offers no express or implied warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to property or services. In no event shall it be responsible for the accuracy of description, liability and damages, or condition of the property or services.
5. Restrictions apply to various prizes.
6. No purchase or donation of any kind is required in order to participate in this auction. Making a donation or purchase it will not increase your chances of winning.
