UNLOCK THEIR FUTURE
The Arrowsmith® Program is a separate boys and girls cognitive program that helps students overcome their learning disabilities by strengthening the weak areas of their brains, the results are exceptional:
"The students we have sent to Arrowsmith have done miraculously well, whether they are dyslexic children, who become avid readers, or students who have an inability to process information and become independent thinkers" Rabbi Aaron Fink, Dean Ateres Bais Yakov
The goal of the program is for students to learn and live in a regular mainstream classroom successfully, without modifications and without the need for tutoring.
"Here is a program that actually worked, they weren’t just trying to make accommodations for them, they were actually changing their brains and correcting their learning disabilities", Rabbi Benzion Brodie, Sgan Rosh Yeshiva, Yeshiva Ohr Reuvein, LCSW
The Arrowsmith program which began in 1980 focuses on 19 specific areas of cognitive functioning involved in learning. Our local Monsey institution has been enabling students for life for the past 13 years. During Covid all classes have successfully transitioned to a virtual course at home is available for qualified students.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT IS CRITICAL
"Kids just can’t take it anymore and are in danger of dropping out, once they drop out, there's a good chance they get into drugs and behaviors that are really dangerous for them. We have to help these kids before it’s too late" Rabbi Benzion Brodie, Sgan Rosh Yeshiva, Yeshiva Ohr Reuvein, LCSW
