The Living Room is a non-profit 501c3 organization.

TLR is a community of Jewish young people, aged 18-35, who are in a recovery process.
The foundation principle of the community is providing and fostering a network of support for young people dedicated to facing and addressing their addiction and building a life of recovery.

The Living Room is an organization dedicated to supporting and servicing the TLR community. The mission of The Living Room is to encourage and support these young people in their recovery process, by working to strengthen and support their therapeutic and spiritual growth. As a vital aspect of its program The Living Room operates a regular schedule of recovery retreats throughout the year. These retreats provide TLR community members with a unique opportunity to learn and connect. The retreats include an array of workshops and recovery groups as well as recreational activities designed to make the process of learning and recovery fun and dynamic. To keep costs down and and make these events more affordable The Living Room staff and alumni maintain a retreat scholarship fund that supplements the cost of retreats for those in need.
