Terms and Conditions for The Draw Raffle

This raffle is operated by Congregation Shomer Yisroel, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID 99-0670536). It is open to individuals aged 18 or older and is void where prohibited. Proof of age may be required. There are 360 tickets available, each uniquely numbered from 1 to 360. By entering, participants agree to be charged a ticket price randomly selected from a fixed pool, where each price is available only once and removed once selected. Participants authorize the charge via the credit card information they provide. All sales are final, with no refunds or transfers.

No purchase is necessary to enter. To receive one free ticket, an 8x10 postcard must be mailed to Cong Shomer Yisroel, 5020 11th Avenue Suite 2A, Brooklyn NY 11219. Postcards must be received within 24 hours of all tickets selling out. Limit one free ticket per person.

The winner will receive a Rolex Sky-Dweller in brand-new condition. A cash alternative may be negotiated. The drawing will be held within 24 hours of all tickets selling out, or by June 11, whichever comes first. If all tickets are not sold by June 11, all participants will be refunded in full. The winner will be selected using a random number generator, and the results will be posted on our WhatsApp and Instagram channels.

The winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be selected. The winner agrees to have their name and/or image used in promotional materials unless they request anonymity in writing before the drawing.
