A home for our Kehilla
It is well known, a shul is so much more than a place to daven and learn. The spiritual hub of a kehilla, a shul is the home, the heartbeat in which we raise our families. As our shul project heads into the "Home Stretch", we are reaching out to friends and family and anyone else seeking a major zechus to join us in bringing our long-awaited vision to reality.
The Tallymawr shul is a project several years in the making. As a dynamic and cohesive kehillah, the priority of a proper mokom for Torah, tefillah was recognized from the outset as a fundamental building block in the growth of the community and its families.
The formation of the shul and the appointment of its Mara D'asra was followed shortly by the purchase of a suitable property to serve as the spiritual home of the kehillah.
The passage of time only underscored the importance of the shul project as more than just a vision of bricks and mortar. With the coming of age of our families, the critical role of the shul as the spiritual heart of the kehilla became increasingly apparent, resulting in a renewed momentum to see this project through to its successful finish line.
