Yeshivas Ner Moshe is a part of each one of us. No matter how many years ago, we may have learned in yeshiva, our rigshei hakaras hatov still burn strong. We all remember our yeshiva days and how much we learned, grew and shtieged. A bachur may leave Ner Moshe, but the spirit of Ner Moshe, never leaves us.
For decades, the Rosh Hayeshiva, Harav Avrohom Gurewitz, personally toiled to raise the necessary funds to keep the Yeshiva running. The Rosh Hayeshiva carried the burden of the budget to benefit us, his beloved talmidim.
Now that the Rosh Yeshiva cannot travel as he used to, he needs our help to cover its large monthly deficit and continue to produce generations of talmidim. It's time for us to give back!
This year, at Ner Moshe's upcoming 40th anniversary dinner, we, the alumni, will present our cherished Rosh Yeshiva with a gift. A gift of peace of mind with the knowledge that the yeshiva's monthly deficit will be covered by us, the alumni of the yeshiva.
We have divided the yeshiva's alumni into 12 groups of - each of whom will cover another month.
This year, we will be zoche to the Rosh Yeshiva's presence at the 40 years anniversary celebration. We look forward to personally presenting this initiative as a gift from each one of us.
