OFFICIAL RULES - KSPACE MIAMI CHARITY WATCH DRAWING

1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older. By entering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these rules. The drawing is limited to 399 total entries. Once all 399 entries are assigned, no additional entries will be accepted.

2. Methods of Entry

A. Donation Entry (Optional)

Entrants may authorize a voluntary donation between $1 and $399.
A random number between 1-399 will be generated. This number is your entry number for the drawing.
Donations are voluntary and do not increase your chance of winning.
Donations are fully tax-deductible. No goods or services are provided in return.

B. Free Alternative Entry (No Donation Necessary)

To enter without making a donation, mail an 8" x 10" handwritten postcard to:

Your postcard must include:
Full legal name (no nicknames)
Mailing address with full ZIP code
Phone number
Email address
Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
A handwritten statement:
"I am over 18 years of age and wish to enter the KSpace Miami Watch Drawing without making a donation."

One free entry per person. Incomplete, illegible, duplicated, or late entries will be disqualified.

3. Drawing Date & Process

The drawing will take place on the earlier of:
(a) the date all 399 entries are assigned, or
(b) June 30, 2026.

The drawing will be conducted online using a random-number generator.
A video or screenshot of the drawing results will be posted publicly through KSpace Miami's social platforms or messaging channels.
Results will also be emailed to all participants within 48 hours.

All prizes will be awarded.

4. Prize

One (1) Jacob & Co Genève timepiece (estimated value: $20,500).
Prize is donated by Jacob & Co Genève.
KSpace Miami is not affiliated with the manufacturer and provides no warranties beyond the original manufacturer's terms.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified by email and phone.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
Winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting.
A 1099-MISC may be issued.

6. Publicity Consent

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.

7. General Conditions

Entries may not be sold, transferred, or duplicated.
KSpace Miami may disqualify fraudulent or tampered entries.
All prizes will be awarded.
The organization reserves the right to clarify or interpret these rules.
