By the Jackson Community, for the Jackson Community
Over the past few years, the Jackson Jewish community has seen unbelievable growth. In 2014, there were almost no Jewish families in the area. Today, there are more than 2,500 frum families in the community, with over 1,000 families moving to Jackson in this year alone.
The explosive growth of the community has led to multiple communal needs - the most essential one being the need for a local kosher mikvah. Every Jewish family is aware of the vital importance a kosher mikvah has to the community - and as of now, there are no mikvaos in Jackson. Although there are multiple mikvaos in Lakewood, there are no local mikvaos that can be used on Friday nights as well as during the week.
This campaign sets out to change that, and build a state-of-the-art, centrally-located mikvah for the women of the Jackson community,
But - It can’t be done without your help.
Funds are needed to purchase a large plot of land that has room for future growth, and to build a gorgeous, state-of-the-art mikvah to service the women of the Jackson community in privacy and comfort. No expense will be spared when it comes to the size and design, in order to demonstrate the importance of this essential mitzvah.
By donating toward this cause, you are giving to the Jackson community. Every single dollar that is raised goes right back to the families of Jackson. We’re asking the community to step up and give toward a cause that is essential to every frum Jewish family. YOU can be a part of this vital mitzvah. YOU have the chance to acquire a part of the incredible zchus that comes from building Jewish families.
Together, we can build the future of the Jackson Jewish community.
