This summer, I will be participating in the hike2help hiking and canoeing event in an effort to raise funds for the Rabbi Ronnie Greenwald Camp Scholarship Fund.
I am hiking in memory of my mother, Raezelle Rubin z"l, whose insight, compassion, and support I miss on a daily basis, particularly now because she vetted most of the scholarship applicants for this fund in previous years.
This fund helps girls from families in crisis, who due to financial constraints cannot afford to attend camp, which is a much needed respite from a painful reality. The Ronnie Greenwald Camp Scholarship Fund gives them the opportunity to attend camp and a chance to recharge while being supported and uplifted. Please help me make a difference in the lives of so many girls who would otherwise not have this opportunity!
