About

Established in 1997, Kollel Bnei Torah led by the Rosh HaKollel Harav Avrohom Lefkowitz Shlita has an illustrious history spanning two decades, during which it has produced hundreds of accomplished Yungerleit who emanate from various Mekomos HaTorah and communities across the globe, including those with Chassidish, Yeshivish, and Sefardish backgrounds.

The Avreichim forge deep friendships with one another, creating a camaraderie that remains intact even after leaving the Kollel. With currently over seventy Yungerleit, the Kollel is a crown jewel in the Ihr HaTorah of Lakewood.

The curriculum combines an in-depth study of various Halacha Masechtos, as well as a comprehensive Limud of Tur, Shulchan Aruch, respective Nosei Keilim, and contemporary Poskim; enabling the Bnei Kollel to reach definitive Halachic conclusions. The Kollel also enjoys a rigorous Smicha program, culminating in a series of comprehensive Bechinos from renowned poskim and rabbonim.

Our alumni are Rabbonim, Rabbeim, Menahelim, business professionals and entrepreneurs who have taken the lessons of Ehrlichkeit, Yashrus, and Limud HaTorah that they were imbued with in the Kollel and continue to be Mekadesh Shem Shomayim on a daily basis.
